Simply forward to us all of the relevant original share certificates or holding statements, a sealed copy of the Grant of Probate or Administration, and we’ll do the rest!  Stock transfer forms will be prepared and sent to you for signing.

We can very efficiently arrange the transfer of deceased holdings into another person’s name, a joint holding or simply into the Executors/Personal Representatives name/s only. 

Certificates can often be released out of Corporate Nominee (electronically held) shareholdings very easily, allowing the future sale through most Stockbrokers.

The Death will be formerly registered with the Registrar or Fund Manager etc. therefore permitting the transfer of the holding.

Holdings and old certificates can be researched & verified, those missing can be replaced, whilst outstanding dividend payments & entitlements can be collected from Registrars.

Payments can be issued in favour of the Executors, your firm or other third party handling the Estate, if necessary.
